Frank Goolsby is a West Georgia Realtor, community advocate, and proud board member of Carrollton Rainbow. Licensed since 2008, he’s built his work around integrity, authenticity, and connection. Frank’s values are shaped by both personal resilience and a deep commitment to creating inclusive spaces in his community.

Carrollton Rainbow is important to Frank because it represents the welcoming, affirming environment he wishes everyone could experience. Serving on the board allows him to help build that sense of belonging through events, outreach, and year-round support for LGBTQIA+ people across West Georgia. For Frank, this work isn’t just service, it’s purpose.
