About the event
With a penetrating, soulful voice rooted in the Alabama backroads she grew up on, Kristy Lee delivers what she calls “Dirt Road Soul” — raw, authentic music that reaches deep and lingers long after the last note.
She has shared the stage with artists like Leon Russell, Zac Brown Band, Indigo Girls, G. Love & Special Sauce, Jack Johnson, Jason Isbell, and Imagine Dragons, and has performed at major festivals including BluesFest Australia, Hangout Fest, and 30A Songwriters Festival. Her original song “One Night Romance” was recorded by G. Love and 60s soul legend Mary Clayton.
Kristy’s music transcends genres, telling true stories of resilience, love, and hope. Currently fighting multiple sclerosis, her creative spirit continues to shine as both a musician and painter, proving that art can be powerful medicine.
