Carrollton Rainbow's Steven Wilkins Addresses Anti-LGBTQ+ bills with our newly elected State Senator Tim Bearden. Two days later, State Senator Bearden voted in favor of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), SB 180 - which has been dubbed the 'anti-LGBTQ license to discriminate' bill.
