Per Jai: Hey y'all!
Friday, I'll be at Longview Park from 6:30-7:30p (given good weather) to teach an informal kickboxing class.
If you're interested, you'll need comfortable clothes, tennis shoes, a blanket/mat, and water!
It will be no-contact, with a focus on proper stretching and learning fundamentals.
*Edit: Sweat & Solidarity going forward will be a special queer-focused class that happens on the 4th Friday of every month. I plan to keep it catered to the community.*
